Product Description:

1.The engines with sea fresh water heat exchanger and Air Intercooler as standard.
2. 6D10 and 6D12 series are equipped with common monitoring instruments and remote instruments (20 meter remote control harness), and a set of sea water pump and random tools as standard.
3. All engines oil cooling are built-in circulating cooling.
4. 240A and D2765 series exhaust pipes are dry type (all other types of wet exhaust pipe superchargers are installed in the middle).
5. Connecter is SAE1 14.

Filter: ZheJiang Fleetguard Filter.The EPT cycle of oil filter can reach 1500 hours. Each machine is equipped with a diesel dewatering and reassuring filter.
Alternator:Specific products of coach,lightweight design makes heat dissipation greatly improved, and reduces 15% of power consumption than other similar products.
Turbocharger: ZheJiang Tyen(200KW-300KW),HangZhou Holset(320KW-350KW) .
Hose: Silicone material,good resistivity, EPT scalability,greatly extend the life of diesel engines,easy installation and disassembling.
Fuel pump:Directly installed to the gear chamber, replacing the old structure of the coupling.
Low pressure diesel pipes:Made of alloy stainless steel;desige with damping hose;fitting worked at high temperatures especially for silent diesel generator sets.
Crankshaft:Forged steel, instead of casting material , forged steel crankshaft with high strength.
Governor:Electronic governor,make the speed more stable.
The assembly type:conforms to SAE standard,good interchangeability and commonality on the market.

Workshop:
    At present, our company has three advanced assembly lines with complete supporting equipments and auxiliary facilities, two of which are assembly lines and one is packaging line.
   The assembly lines have realized automatic operation mode. Experienced and skilled operators perform on-site operations in accordance with process control procedures and operating instructions to ensure products meet customer requirements.
   The assembly line has a reasonable design and the staff work closely together. Each assembly line can produce 130 diesel engines in 8 hours.
   At present, our company has four advanced test stands, each of which is equipped with automatic water temperature control, automatic oil temperature control and temperature control system before and after intercooling, which can realize the accurate control of engine inlet and outlet water temperature, oil temperature and post-intercooling air temperature during the test.
    Each test bench can accurately measure engine speed, torque, power, fuel consumption rate,water temperature, oil temperature, before and after intercooling temperature and other engine performance parameters.Each parameter measurement accuracy is within 0.5%.

Packing:
   Every diesel engine must be tested strictly and scientifically before it can be delivered.
   Generally, the normal package is wooden case,
   also can adjust the packing according to the needs of customers.
